Kim Lauch


Kim Lauch is a mother of four, yogini, and an internationally featured Radiant Child Yoga teacher, whom is compassionate about facilitating the growth of love in the mind, body and spirit of all living things. She was called to the mindfulness path of Yoga in 1999, and has since followed her path leading her to found OM DOME and Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness (www.breathandbalanceholisticwellness.com). Currently, she resides with her family in Cincinnati, Ohio where she volunteers, crop shares at an organic farm, practices Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini Yoga, Studies Yoga Therapy, and has been a teacher and workshop presenter in the Pilates, Yoga, and Mindfulness field since 2005.


Svadhyaya (Self-Study): Kim is certified as a Virtues Project Facilitator (Betsy Lydle Smyth and Heather Acres, Canada); 500 hour Registered Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher (yogahOMe, USA); 95 hour Radiant Child Yoga Teacher (Shakta Kaur Khalsa, USA) – plus specializes in teaching yoga to children with ADHD, Autism, and Cerebral Palsy. Other certifications: Yoga For Breast Cancer (Camille Kittrell, USA); Karma Yoga (Lila Lolling, USA); Trauma Sensitive Yoga (Becky Morrissey, USA); Women’s Healing Arts Teacher (Kara Maria Ananda, USA); Pilates instructor (Pendleton Pilates, USA); Vedanta Philosophy (Swami Kashi, India); Reiki attuned (Jeff Emerson, USA); and B.S. in Economics (Auburn University). Kim has continued her studies with many leading instructors from around the world in the traditions of Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness, World Religions, Occupational Therapy, Healing Arts, Vedanta, and Virtues Strategies. She is currently in a 1,030 hour International Association of Yoga Therapists accredited Yoga Therapy Diploma Program in Sattva Therapy with the PranaYoga School in Indiana.

Karma Yoga (Selfless Service): Kim serves as Board President of True Freedom Recovery Yoga (yoga for individuals going through trauma recovery); Member of the High Hopes Committee which supports the Linder Center of Hope in Cincinnati (a medical facility to support individuals with mental illness); Girl Scout troop leader for six years; Donates facilitation of Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness’ Corporate Cooperation Trainings at Dress For Success in Cincinnati for women returning to a profession and at Life Learning Center in Newport Kentucky for at risk men and women returning to work; Member and previous board member of PEO Sisterhood (international organization which supports women’s continued education). She has been a studio owner since 2006 and currently her studio name is OM DOME. It is located in Indian Hill, Ohio. Kim leads retreats all around the world. She also donates her mindfulness practice facilitation to children and adults at schools, festivals, non-profits, and community centers that qualify. 100% of what she makes from her classes and workshops is put back into Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness’ Programs to support the expenses of the donated trainings, workshops, and classes.

Kim meets her students where the student is in mind, body, and spirit. She guides her students with a unique blend of mindfulness, strength, and love drawn from her training, her practice, and from her life’s experiences to help one become aware of his/her True Self and live a sustainable life.
