Corporate Cooperation


Corporate Cooperation is designed for women and men working in a business or professional environment looking to increase efficiency in the workplace by practicing mindful communication, using time more efficiently by improving one’s personal awareness, and learning how to create balance with one’s mind, body, and spirit in and out of the workplace.

This can be for a large group, a team working together on a project, or for an individual. I have a B.S. in Business Economics, and I have had experience working in many business and professional settings. Because of this experience I am able to provide this training program creating balance between the duties you have for your work and for your co-workers and the duty you have for your personal life.

Once one has balance between professional duties and personal care, one can produce more, be more efficient with time management, improve relationships in and out of the workplace, and enter the state of mindfulness. Tools used are The Five Strategies of The Virtues Project, Yoga, Journaling, Role-playing exercises, and hands on activities to practice in the workplace.
