About Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness


Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness combines the teachings of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga Sutras, The Five Strategies of The Virtues Project, Mindfulness Techniques, and Sustainable Wellness Strategies.  Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness is organized based on five separate program intentions: Self Serenity; Unity Circle; Corporate Cooperation; Virtues In You; and Faithful Families.

Breath and Balance Holistic Wellness offers customizable classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats for educators, corporations, families, individuals, and focus groups. These are for all ages, all cultures, and all spiritual belief systems. Please read about each program to learn more.

 

About the Virtues Project and the Eight Limbs of Yoga

The Virtues Project, created in Canada by a Ph.D psychologist and a Spiritual Care Director, Linda Kavelin Popov, is an international organization which believes that since all people are created with all the virtues in potential, they can be found in every culture, no matter the religion. Five strategies facilitate the practitioner in specific ways of speaking and acting that will bring forth, develop, and cause to flourish in these virtues.
